Dr Foteini Salta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2000), followed by an MSc in Environmental Chemistry and Technology (2002) from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, a PhD in the Science of Dietetics and Nutrition from the Harokopio University of Athens (2007) and a Master on Business Administration (MBA) from the Hellenic Open University (2022). Between 2006 and 2022, she worked as a Project Manager at the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries (SEVT), where she implemented 40 national, regional and European projects in various fields such as agri-food sector, nutrition, circular economy, energy efficiency, innovation and education & training. In her current role since 2022, Foteini continues to use her extensive project management experience and knowledge as Project Manager at the Operational Unit “BEYOND” of IAASARS/NOA.
