Dimitrios Sainidis, holds a BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia (2015-2019) and an MSc in Data Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2021-2023). He brings a strong background in software development and computer vision from his previous work experience (2020-2022) at the Visual Computing Lab of CERTH.
Since October 2022 Dimitrios works as a Data Scientist at BEYOND Center of the National Observatory of Athens (NOA). His primary objective is the development and implementation of machine learning frameworks using Earth Observation (EO) data.
