Postdoctoral Researchers
Dimitris Bormpoudakis (1983) has studied Biology (BSc) and Ecology (MSc) at the Department of Biology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He obtained a PhD in Biodiversity Management from the School of Anthropology and Conservation, University of Kent in 2016. Since then, he has worked on projects funded by the EU (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, LIFE), national funds (ELIDEK) and the private sector, in collaboration with the University of Kent, Harokopeion University and the environmental organisation Callisto. In IAASARS he is working on issues related to biodiversity and ecosystem services data analysis with a focus on the agro-ecological sector and species and habitat management.
