Graduate Students
Emmanouela Paraskeva received her Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens in 2015, specializing in Theoretical and Applied Mathematics. She completed her masters degree in Theoretical Physics and Technological Applications at the National and Technical University of Athens in collaboration with the National Center for Scientific Research (NCSR) “Demokritos” in 2017. The subject of her master thesis was “High cadence photometry on bright supernovae Type Ia” under the auspices of IAASARS. As of January 2018, she is collaborating with the Institute for Astronomy, Astrophysics, Space Applications & Remote Sensing (IAASARS) as a doctoral student. Among her research interests are the early and late time evolution of supernovae.
