Elisavet Parselia holds a diploma in Surveying Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a M.Sc. in Geodesy and Geoinformation Science specialized in Space Geodesy and Navigation from the Technical University of Berlin (TUB). From 2014-2018 she was based in Berlin and worked as a Senior Satellite Data Processing Engineer focusing on image processing and analysis of multispectral satellite imagery and the improvement and maintenance of the geospatial data processing chain. Since 2018 she has been working as a research associate in the Institute of Astronomy, Astrophysics, Space Applications & Remote Sensing in the National Observatory of Athens (IAASARS-NOA).
