Graduate of the Department of Informatics and Telematics of the Harokopio University of Athens. Since 2020, he has been working at the Operational Unit “BEYOND Centre of EO Research & Satellite Remote Sensing” of the National Observatory of Athens. From January 2020 to April 2024, he worked as a Data Engineer in the EYWA team contributing to the development of an innovative early warning system for mosquito-borne diseases, a project that was awarded in 2022 the 1st international “EIC Horizon Prize – Early Warning for Epidemics”, a prize launched by the European Innovation Council in 2018. During the same period, he also worked as a DevOps Engineer in the “Sentinels Rolling Archive Products” project, supporting the maintenance and operation of infrastructure with more than 80 virtual machines and over 1 PB of storage to ensure the uninterrupted distribution of satellite data worldwide. Since July 2025, he has been a member of the EYWA and CONOPS teams, focusing on the development and optimization of data pipelines as a Data Engineer.
