  Research Interests

Since 2013 and for three years she taught English at one of the Eurognosi’s Language Schools, which provided her the opportunity to get in touch with students of different ages and abilities. In the process, she obtained valuable experience on how students can learn effectively as well as how they react emotionally and she was motivated to be trained more specifically in the field of Special Education. Thus, from September 2014 until June 2015 she attended a 500 hour annual program of specialization in special education (280 hours of teaching and 220 hours of practical training) entitled "Special Education - Learning Difficulties / Dyslexia", organized by the Center for Psychophysiology and Education Studies of the Department of Primary Eduction at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. This program offered her knowledge and practical experience in the field of Special Education and encouraged her to specialize even further, via the completion of the University of Nicosia Special Education Master's Program.

Her main professional and personal goal is to practice the teaching profession and become an educator who can meet the needs and abilities of all her students without exception. An educator who will be able to identify and cope with all types and challenges that impede the learning processes.

Since March 2017 she has been working at the Penteli Visitor Center of the National Observatory of Athens, by providing educational support for an innovative and interactive outreach program of astronomical knowledge, aimed at infants and elementary school students.
